Diversity is not a trend, but a promise. And we live this promise – internally and externally. For Christopher Street Day 2025, we are creating a strong message for tolerance, equality, and visibility with Deutsche Bahn.
With 700 colorful T-shirts, 20,000 tattoos, just as many chocolate candies, and 1,000 rainbow lanyards, we are showing our support for a community based on respect and humanity.
We believe in a working environment where everyone can be themselves. Our employees contribute with all their personalities – that makes us strong as a company. And we’ll celebrate this at Monnem Pride on July 12th in Mannheim.
The event is not only a political demonstration for queer rights, but also an emotional statement about what is possible when diversity is lived. Organized by the Monnem Pride e.V. association, the day is all about solidarity and visibility.
For us, as well as for Deutsche Bahn, it’s a given to be part of this. We invite everyone to join us in sending a clear message – for diversity, against discrimination.
Because: When everyone is allowed to be who they are, work becomes more human, more creative, and better. And we celebrate that – and not just in July.
