With its visionary event “CW 2030 – DREAMS 2030”, held on October 14, 2025, cyber-Wear sent out a clear message of growth and unity. All employees gathered at the company’s headquarters in Mannheim to look ahead together at the next stages of development and future goals.
What began in 1994 as a small idea in a basement has grown into an internationally active agency with over 30 years of experience in brand communication and product worlds. With DREAMS 2030, cyber-Wear is looking toward the coming decade – with a strong focus on the future, innovative structures, and a deep commitment to teamwork.
“CW 2030 was not a typical meeting, but a momentum – a day that showed what we are capable of when we all think and act in the same direction,” said the management team.
The event offered a compact mix of strategic insights, team workshops, and open dialogue sessions. Afterwards, a BBQ at the cool burger truck and a relaxed get-together provided the perfect setting to continue sharing ideas and impressions – in true cW spirit: approachable, connected, and future-oriented.
With CW 2030 – DREAMS 2030, cyber-Wear once again positions itself as a thought leader and innovator in brand communication – with the goal of actively shaping the future of the industry.
