Our 2025 Christmas Party is behind us, and it impressively showed how strong our team truly is. The evening was more than the close of a year. It made visible how deeply trust, responsibility, and community shape our everyday work — and how tangible these values become when people come together.
The Mary Jane Space in Heidelberg provided the perfect setting. Modern, warm, and open, the location quickly became our own cyber-Wear Christmas Hub. By the time the reception started at 7 p.m., it was clear that we were in for an evening full of energy and genuine encounters.
At the center of it all was our kitchen party, which brought the Omakase principle to life in a special way. Omakase translates to “I leave it up to you” and, in the culinary world, stands for trust in the kitchen and in what is being served. But this evening, Omakase meant much more. It symbolized the trust we place in one another, the courage to embrace surprises, and the understanding that everyone on the team takes responsibility — without rigid guidelines. That is exactly what defines our cyber-Wear spirit.
While the flying menu surprised us with new little highlights again and again, spontaneous conversations, relaxed interactions, and moments that make an evening truly special began to unfold. Nobody knew what would come next, and it was precisely this openness that made the atmosphere so lively.
Another highlight was honoring our long-time team members. Most notably, we celebrated Tanja Wolf, who marked her 25-year anniversary. Her dedication, consistency, and heart have shaped our company for a quarter of a century.
The evening showed us how strong we are as a team and how much power lies in a way of working together that is built on trust. The 2025 Christmas Party was a moment of connection — and a reminder that cyber-Wear thrives because of people who take responsibility and grow together. Together. Responsible. Courageous. Full of team spirit.
