In the exclusive atmosphere of the Vignale lounges in the new Ford stores, specially trained customer liaison partners can answer questions on every aspect of the Vignale models and respond to customer needs with tailor-made solutions. New cars are personally delivered by the dealership managers and, when a service falls due, a pick-up and collection service and free car washes over the entire life cycle underscore the very high standards to which Vignale aspires. cyber-Wear has developed a premium quality nametag commissioned by Ford for the Vignale lounge managers: a badge made of aluminium, with a laser engraving of the Vignale logo and specially tailored to the form which, with its capped corner, pays homage to a characteristic design element of Vignale. This means that the specially trained customer advisors are wearing both their own names and the good name of Vignale on their lapels. The aluminium accessories are already in use in the 70-or-so new Ford stores opened so far; 500 of these car dealerships and their integrated Vignale lounges are scheduled to open gradually throughout Europe.
