cyber-Wear creates new highlights at PSI 2019

After the successful launch with its own lounge last year, Cybergroup was once more present at the PSI trade show in 2019. Many things were similar and yet everything was different, or rather: even better.

Everything that had been learned from the first trade fair participation in this form was successfully implemented, so that the year got off to a perfect start. The exclusive lounge offered cyber customers a nice place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of the fair.

 

During the entire three days, a special all-round service was provided for the well-being of the 50 or so customers who were present. During the entire fair Cybergroup ensured smooth, customer-oriented operations. Customers received the first new products from our partner suppliers as soon as they entered their hotel room. The company's own shuttle service could be used to get to the fair, and the lounge offered delicious meals throughout the day. In addition, the latest products from our partner suppliers were also available as branded samples in the lounge.

 

During PSI 2019, Ford and Cybergroup presented their joint Ford Lifestyle Camo Collection project as an example of best practice at a special stand in Hall 12, in the transition area between PSI and PromoTex. The whole presentation of the Camo Collection perfectly covers the overlap of the three trade fairs being held at the same time. The two vehicles and the accessory wall reflect the visual communication for which the "viscom" trade fair stands, while the specially developed Camo Collection covers the focal points of the PromoTex and PSI fairs. As an eye-catcher the actual presentation of the project covering 70 m² was second to none.

 

The Cybergroup's social media team once more went on a hunt for trends to ensure that no trend or highlight went undiscovered. Among other things, a separate workroom was set up for the team at the fair, so that the interviews relating to the new products of our partner suppliers could be processed directly and put online even more quickly. The videos can be used by both customers and colleagues to inform themselves about trade fair innovations, and they are also actively used internally by the sales department. The partners were interviewed on an hourly basis, and many of these interviews can already be found on all Cybergroup communication channels. Further clips with extended topics relating to the fair will follow in the coming weeks.

In the evening Cybergroup once more invited customers to cyber's Kitchen - the unique cooking event of the last year was not only followed up but was even surpassed. Around fifty customers and staff cooked a delicious 4-course menu in the industrial-style Canonicus under the guidance of top chef Ingo Köthschneider, and mixed selected cocktails together with a professional bartender. These hand-filled cocktails in elegant cyber design were a particularly exclusive customer gift to round off the evening.

 

The Cybergroup objective at this trade show was to surpass its participation in the previous one. The we have received feedback from our customers and partners shows that we succeeded in this!  Back in the office the team is continuing to develop its ideas in order to present even more trade fair highlights in the coming weeks.
