On the one hand it is a nice welcome present, on the other hand it contains a lot of useful information and products for their career start and afterwards.

 

The coolest and most practical product in the package is the anti-theft backpack. It is the perfect companion for travellers and commuters in particular. Because its main compartment is rolled up and can be locked with a steel-reinforced combination lock, all the important things such as laptops, money and keys can be stored in it safely. The combination lock can also be used to attach the backpack. With hidden compartments on the back and in the shoulder strap, chip cards are also secure because the compartments offer RFID protection. The backpack also has a bottle compartment on the side and a removable elastic net for sports equipment. Inside there are padded compartments for a laptop and tablet, and further storage compartments for all other belongings.

On this day bahnshop.de will go live. For months now the teams at Deutsche Bahn AG and Cybergroup have worked together to put together extraordinary product ranges and to present an optimised shop for train travellers as well as employees. 

To underline the brand value of Deutsche Bahn with regard to quality, sustainability and digital competency, the whole range has been redesigned. Both the products in the official merchandising shop bahnshop.de and its online appearance reflect the corporate strategy and the whole marketing concept. The sustainable approach of the railway as the most environmentally-friendly means of long-distance travel range from the selection of packaging to the delivery of the corresponding products. Wide-ranging marketing measures on board the trains, in the travel centres, at events and online aim not only to tie existing customers to the brand, but also to attract new target groups.

 

 


Moving Fan Merchandise | European Soccer Championship 2016

For the company with the slogan “Moving the future”, Cybergroup has embraced what has to be the most moving advertising theme for 2016: for European Soccer Championship 2016 we have produced adidas footballs, football shirt-shapped gym bags, popcorn, match schedules with football shirt-shaped smartphone cleaners and other products in Deutsche Bahn’s bright red signature design.

On behalf of its long-term customer Deutsche Bahn (DB), Cybergroup has developed, printed and distributed a new catalogue full of standard advertising media to all DB offices. It contains the following: 45 of the most popular promotional articles, all branded in the corporate design of the transportation company. Cybergroup has put this collection together in coordination with the responsible parties at Deutsche Bahn, produced and printed them and also taken charge of the storage and delivery to the various locations. The production of the catalogue, including providing product photos, rounds off the full promotional article service which the largest railway company in Central Europe has relied on since 2012. In addition to the printed copies, Cybergroup also provides a new version as a PDF file every year, which can be downloaded by DB employees.  These services also proved to be very convincing at the latest budget tender, as a result of which the contract between the two companies was extended by another three years, starting this year.


Bamboo Coffee Cup | Sustainability to Go

S-Bahn Berlin

To help reduce the daily piles of rubbish caused by disposable coffee cups, Cybergroup has produced 13,000 sustainable coffee cups in the corporate design of S-Bahn Berlin. The reusable cups are made of certified organic bamboo fibre, which only requires a minimum of energy to produce. These are very well suited for a public transportation company that stands for eco-friendly mobility. 


Design Shirts | Striking Yet Subtile

Grüne Shirts

On the occasion of its 90th birthday, S-Bahn Berlin ordered 5,500 T-shirts from Cybergroup in 25 different designs and with a sewn-on flag label. Not in the characteristic red with a huge DB logo, but in grass-green, featuring authentic location information from the rail network such as ‘Berlin’ or ‘Brandenburg’ as breast prints in modern multi-line typeset, making these shirts the opposite of typical giveaways and ideal to be worn for a long time.


 

Climate-Friendly Delivery | GoGreen

To improve CO2 efficiency, Cybergroup uses DHL’s eco-friendly programme GoGreen to deliver products for Deutsche Bahn. The programme focuses on avoiding, reducing and offsetting greenhouse gas emissions. The top priority is to reduce CO2 emissions, which have the greatest negative effect on the environment as a result of logistics operations.

Whether it’s chocolate bunnies by Lindt or biscuit cutters, mailing campaigns or promotional events held directly on the station platform – Cybergroup develops custom concepts and designs and delivers the products to individual events or throughout the entire distribution network, e.g. to all or to selected train stations.
