Internal networks strengthen internal processes

Marc Mombauer supports cyber-Wear during the next four months. In addition to projects such as the rollout of supplier management tool with focus on product compliance and the implementation of the bluesign standard into the cW supply chain, he is looking forward to working with our cyber team.

Marc Mombauer takes a look behind the scenes at cyber-Wear. The Cologne native supports us in sales and process management during the next four months. After completing his bachelor's degree in International Business Administration at WHU in Vallendar, Marc accompanied the brand repositioning of the promotional products expert reflects from 2019 onwards.

He completed his Master of Business Administration at ESADE Business School in Barcelona and delved deeper into process management and optimization. As a management consultant in project management, Marc then expanded his methodological knowledge of internal business processes.

His time at cyber-Wear now enables him to get to know not only the industry better, but above all the distributer structures. Marc's core task will be a process analysis that will show potential improvements in business processes from purchasing to sales.

Specific projects for the coming months include the start of a supplier management software with a focus on product compliance and supplier qualification via the QIMA supplier audit program as well as the further implementation of the bluesign standard on our cyber-Wear supply chain.

The contact persons during the intensive collaboration are our CEO Steven Baumgaertner and Head of Sales Christoph Luthe. In addition to the exciting projects, Marc is looking forward to good cooperation and an open exchange with our cyber team. A first visit to the headquarters in the second week gives you the opportunity to get to know the Mannheim team. Welcome to the team, we are happy too!
