The Cybergroup BeachCup definitely falls into the second category.

On Saturday, 3 July 2027, it’s time once again to say: LET’S GET SANDY!

We’ll be swapping meeting rooms for beach courts, business attire for shorts, and shoes for sand beneath our feet.

The Cybergroup BeachCup returns to Ketsch in 2027, bringing people from across our industry together for a day that, for once, isn’t about the next order, the next collection or the next meeting.

It’s about teams. People. Sport. Fun. And a community that thrives beyond business.

AN INDUSTRY EVENT THAT DOESN’T FEEL LIKE ONE.

That’s exactly the idea behind the Cybergroup BeachCup. We believe the strongest relationships don’t always begin around a conference table. Sometimes they start with the first serve. With a shared scramble for a ball that seems impossible to reach. With a high-five after the decisive point. Or later, with a cold drink in hand and sand between your toes.

That’s why, in 2027, we’re once again bringing together companies, partners, suppliers and friends from our network for a summer’s day combining sport, networking and a party.

No ties. No PowerPoint. No lengthy presentations.

Instead, expect plenty of beach volleyball, action, music, drinks, excitement and team spirit.

The BeachCup may not take place until 3 July 2027, but you don’t have to wait until 2027 to get involved. Applications for the Cybergroup BeachCup 2027 are now open to companies and teams.

You don’t need to turn up with six professional beach volleyball players. Quite the opposite. The BeachCup is about bringing together people who are up for sport, a sense of community and an extraordinary day.

Whether you’re serious title contenders, a surprise underdog team or a squad whose greatest strengths might only emerge at the after-party:

THE COUNTDOWN IS ON.

There’s still a little time to go. But on 3 July 2027, a stretch of sand in Ketsch will once again become our court.

Colleagues will become teammates.

Business partners will become opponents across the net.

And once the final ball has been played, everyone will come together to celebrate.

“For me, the BeachCup captures exactly what makes a great community. Of course, everyone wants to win as soon as the first ball is in the air. But at its heart, it’s about something else: bringing people together. Getting out of the office, onto the sand and spending a day together where your job title, company or business card doesn’t matter much. Those are the moments that stay with you. That’s why I’m already looking forward to seeing plenty of familiar faces, and hopefully lots of new ones too, in Ketsch in 2027,” says Simon Merkel, organiser of the Cybergroup BeachCup.
