Standing still is not an option. Our team is expanding – and with it, our ambitions. In the past six months alone, we’ve welcomed nine new colleagues. Together, we’re reshaping the future of cyber-Wear: with clear structures, fresh impulses, and a strong team spirit.

Since July 2025, Janine has been supporting CEO Steven Baumgaertner as his personal assistant. “The trial day was exciting and just felt right,” she says. Her path led from event management and industry straight to the heart of our company.

Also on board since July: Timo, Account Manager. “The projects are diverse, and the team is super friendly.”

Sabrina joined us in May as Product Manager for Apparel. With her expertise in custom tailoring and fashion design, she strengthens our textile projects: “It was clear from the very first conversation – it’s a perfect fit.”

Since May, Patrick has been part of the Service Team. “I was welcomed openly, warmly, and with clear structure. Switching to cW was the best decision.”

Daniel took on a key role in April as Lead Customer Service. With his experience, he is driving the realignment of our internal sales – efficient, customer-focused, and future-ready.

Also starting in April: Mahboubeh, graphic designer with an international perspective and technical know-how.

In March, we welcomed Domenik as Manager Operational Excellence. With him, we’re accelerating digitalization and optimizing our processes.

Hao has been supporting the Audi Team in internal sales since February. “A new job at the start of spring – the perfect beginning to a new chapter.”

Stephanie has been part of the HR team since December 2024. “At cW, I get to create – not just administer.”

Today, we are 84 colleagues – ready for whatever comes next. Together. With structure. Stronger.
