We’re celebrating a very special moment. All of our trainees have successfully completed their apprenticeships – and we’re thrilled that they’ll all be continuing with us as full-time colleagues.

Congratulations to Anna, Morena and Esma. Three different paths, three strong personalities, one shared goal – achieved with flying colors. Anna trained as a Management Assistant in Marketing Communications, while Morena and Esma completed their apprenticeships as Management Assistants in Wholesale and Foreign Trade.

What did all three value most about their training? The variety in their daily work, insights into different departments, open exchange with many colleagues – and of course the strong team spirit within the group of trainees.

They found it especially exciting to take responsibility in their own projects. Whether working on internal processes, communicating directly with clients or contributing to creative campaigns – with every task they grew both professionally and personally.

Sure, the beginning was challenging. New topics, new processes, lots of new faces. But thanks to the support of all teams, they quickly found their footing, gained confidence and developed the courage to share their own ideas. What all three particularly appreciate about our company is the way we work together. An atmosphere where you feel welcome, are taken seriously and have the space to grow.

And why are they staying? Because they want to keep taking responsibility, keep developing, and actively help shape what’s ahead. We couldn’t be happier that they’re staying with us – and we can’t wait to see what we’ll achieve together.

Their tip for future trainees: Take every opportunity, ask questions, get involved – and above all, stay curious.
