150th birthday of DB Schenker

It all started with Gottfried Schenker in 1872.  Since then, DB Schenker's employees have been helping customers move their goods around the world for a century and a half.  Under the DB Schenker brand, Deutsche Bahn AG manages the business division for all transport and logistics services of the DB Group, with the exception of rail freight transport.  This makes DB Schenker one of the world's leading logistics service providers with around 74,500 employees.

To mark the big anniversary we have developed a collection of unique and very diverse items.  From clothing, an antibacterial water bottle and a fitness mat to coloured balloons and pennants, the anniversary collection offers a range of items in the incomparable DB Schenker design.  The anniversary collection is available exclusively from the internal brand shop.  Highlights from this collection include the rPET Circle roll-top backpack and the COVEL bath towel. 

The grey urban backpack has a main compartment with a zip and catch fastener, as well as a zip pocket on the side and on the back.  There are also two pockets on the left and right, in which a water bottle fits perfectly, for example.  The entire upper material of the backpack is made of rPET material and both the strap system and the pocket on the inside are padded.  So everything has its place and is safely stored.  The front of the backpack is decorated with the classic "DB Schenker" and "150 Years Elevating Lives" logo.

The COVEL bath towel is also a real attention-getter. In the so-called "teal" colour with a "DB Schenker 150 Years Elevating Lives" tone-on-tone weave, this large bath towel immediately catches the eye.  Measuring 70x160cm with pocket, the towel is not only ideal for the beach but thanks to the pocket it is also ideal for the car journey after strenuous outdoor exercise.
