6 new team members join Cybergroup

We are always searching for highly talented people who are creative and entrepreneurial.  Due to recent new business wins we have been looking to fill several roles across the business. To help with this process, we completely redesigned the careers page of our website to include details of all the latest positions.  

At Cybergroup we are a very proud of having a close-knit team who get to do some amazing things for some of the biggest brands in the world.  It is not always easy to explain this in a job advert which is why, we introduced new employee videos on our social media channels showing the many areas within Cybergroup and introducing the many activities and experiences of the team. Turning the recruitment process around required creativity, imagination, and team spirit.

We not only created something that looked great but have also produced some great results.  A month later, we are now seeing the fruits of our labour. We have appointed two new members of our warehouse team.  Our back office team have also got three new members of staff, so that all our customers can continue to be looked after with dedication and the highest level of expertise.  Finally, there will be another new starter joining the back office team in October for some extra reinforcement in the run up to Christmas.

Such a result makes us happy and proud at the same time, as there is nothing better than seeing your own efforts delivering results.  Another example of how the Cybergroup team has overcomes hurdles together.  We wish a very warm welcome to all the “newbies” as they start their Cybergroup journey and career with us.

A positive step that will take us further forward and drive our unstoppable growth.
