Cleaner air and less dust

It is not uncommon for the air quality in industrial warehouses in particular to be less than perfect. The reason for this is that where goods are processed and stored, dust and other particles collect in the air. Especially in the packing area, a lot of dust is produced and stirred up by constantly opening and cutting open boxes. Forklift trucks also raise a lot of microparticles and dust. In the long run, this mostly invisible dirt can have a serious impact on the health of the people working there. In addition, the dust also affects the sensors of the individual machines. The result is more maintenance work and more downtime. Downtime is not our thing at all, which is why we opted for a customised air filtration system from Zehnder that was specially adapted to our needs.

Since most of the dust in our warehouse is generated in the packing area, we have placed two Zehnder air filters there. The third and last one is at the end of the aisle. The air filters are changed by Zehnder about every 3 months, so we don't need to take care of anything. The filter change will definitely be interesting, as this is the first time we can see exactly how much dust and particles there are in the warehouse air.
