Fairtrade, organic cotton or Made in Germany?

Find out what Arnold Schwarzenegger has to do with bags, how demanding Mister Bags is of itself and what Steven Baumgaertner's current favourite finishing process is in PSI Talk with Lisa and Peter from Mister Bags.

Lisa Sieverding and Peter Backes from Mister Bags are delighted with the first day of the fair. So far, they have held many discussions, received positive feedback and presented their new products. So we won't keep you in suspense any longer: here comes a breath of fresh product air from bag specialist Mister Bags.

Mister Bags trumps with a finishing process that does not require the application of colour or the like. The logo or motif is embossed on the bag and scores points with its elegance and high quality. This process works on all types of bags, but the experts at Mister Bags recommend a grammage of at least 200 g/m².

For the next novelty, we are going back to the use of colour: Gymbag Arnie, named after Arnold Schwarzenegger, not only impresses with its sustainability and comfort, but also with its quality. With a stable grammage of 190 g/m², it is durable and hardwearing. It is also certified with the Fairtrade seal, which guarantees fair working conditions and fair pay for producers.

Let's continue with premium model Thilo.Manufactured in the EU in Poland, Thilo scores points with its short transport routes and fast delivery times. Available in three colours from stock, but all special colours are also possible. Slightly more expensive than other bags, but with its European origin, 100% cotton and 220 g/m² grammage, Thilo sets standards in terms of environmental friendliness and robustness.

After Made in Europe now comes the finale with the Made in Germany bag called Ludwig, with which Mister Bags strongly emphasises the importance of sustainability and social commitment. The Ludwig bag is sewn directly at the company's Essen site in an inclusive workshop. This enables people with disabilities to actively participate in working life. It is made from sustainable materials, thereby reducing resource consumption and CO2 emissions.
