cyber-Wear Heidelberg GmbH is consistently pursuing its international growth strategy and is once again making a major investment in expanding its logistics and fulfillment infrastructure.
With the addition of another modern warehouse and logistics facility, the company is significantly increasing its operational capacity in response to the continued strong growth of international customer projects, global merchandise platforms, and complex fulfillment and e-commerce processes.
The new facility offers state-of-the-art warehouse and high-bay storage structures, additional picking areas, and substantial expansion potential for international shipping and brand logistics processes. The property features modern high-bay warehouse technology, generous ceiling heights, high-performance infrastructure, and optimal conditions for scalable international flows of goods.
With a potential maximum total area of up to 15,274 m², the new facility creates significant additional capacity for future international growth and infrastructure projects.
With this expansion, cyber-Wear is strengthening in particular:
• international fulfillment processes
• global merchandise and e-commerce platforms
• B2B, B2C and B2E logistics
• fast, Europe-wide shipping structures
• future automation and digitalization solutions
The investment forms part of the company’s long-term growth strategy. Over recent years, cyber-Wear has increasingly evolved from a traditional promotional products provider into an internationally operating brand experience, platform, and infrastructure partner.
“Modern brand management no longer ends with the product or the shop. The real challenge begins behind the scenes – with infrastructure, speed, scalability, and global availability,” explains Steven Baumgaertner, CEO of cyber-Wear Heidelberg GmbH.
In the future, the new facility will primarily support major international projects, global platform solutions, and high-volume brand and merchandise operations.
cyber-Wear already operates international fulfillment and logistics structures across Europe, North America, and Asia. The new warehouse infrastructure in Germany will play a central role within this global network.
“Our industry is undergoing a fundamental transformation. Today, customers expect real-time capabilities, global processes, high availability, and maximum brand consistency across national borders. That is exactly why we are continuing to systematically expand our infrastructure,” Baumgaertner adds.
Particular focus is being placed on:
• scalability
• process automation
• sustainable logistics
• digital platform integration
• high-performance international flows of goods
The expansion also underlines cyber-Wear’s ambition to establish itself over the long term as one of the internationally leading providers of global brand merchandise, e-commerce, and fulfillment solutions.
In recent years, the company has already made substantial investments in:
• international locations
• global platform architectures
• modern fulfillment processes
• automation technologies
• intelligent digital infrastructure
Most recently, cyber-Wear was ranked #26 in the international PPAI 100 Ranking 2026, which recognizes leading companies in the global promotional products industry – making cyber-Wear the only European company among the global Top 30.
“The future of our industry will not be decided by creativity alone. Above all, it will be decided by infrastructure,” says Baumgaertner.
“The strongest brand experiences of the future will require more than great ideas. They will require global operational excellence.”
